  • All CE goes through NREMT transcript. The state relies on NREMT for CE tracking and verification.
  • State Licensed Only (SLO) providers must also maintain an NREMT account for CE tracking purposes.
  • Submit renewal 90 days before expiration. This is an unusually early deadline compared to most states.
  • Mandatory HazMat and MCI training beyond standard NCCP topics.
  • CAPCE-accredited courses accepted.
  • Current CPR certification required at all levels.

How to Renew

  1. Maintain current NREMT certification (complete all NCCP CE hours every 2 years)
  2. Complete mandatory state topics (HazMat annually, MCI biennially)
  3. Enter all CE into NREMT transcript
